Original publisher's multicolored wrapper with an illustration by Mary S. W. Jones of a woman in a wedding dress with two flower girls nearby and another woman sewing her near-finished dress. 10 1/2" x 13 1/4." Twenty-six pages, complete. Many black and white illustrations and advertisements throughout magazine, complete. Inside of front cover has a multicolored advertisement for Bon Ami Cleansing Powder that shows chicks on a grassy field in the background; the chick being the company's signature trademark. On inside of back cover is a black and white advertisement for a "Summer Garden" design for dining room embroidery models (e.g., cloth, napkins, and buffet set), a Knitting Bag, and a Pictorial Hooked Rug. On the back cover is a multicolored advertisement for Luckies cigarettes that shows a woman wearing a white coat and a brown pair of gloves, hat, and scarf. She is sitting on a chair and poses with a cigarette in one of her hands; a slogan rises from the cigarette smoke saying, "I'm your best friend, I am your Lucky Strike." On Page 19 is a comic-strip-style advertisement for Postum, a caffeine-free alternative to coffee. Pages and covers are very clean and intact. Address stamp in upper-left margin of front cover.
