Green, Lawrence G : Harbours of Memory

Howard Timmins, 1969

The front end page has been signed by the author in ink. The boards are only a touch edge worn, but remain strong and square. The dust jacket is rubbed and worn. There are one or two small closed tears along the top edges of the jacket. The top and bottom edges of the spine are creased and edge worn, and there is some surface damage to the back of the dust jacket. Apart from this, the jacket is vibrant and intact. Internally, apart from the author's signature, there are no other markings or inscriptions, and the pages are crisp, clean and complete. Altogether, the book is strongly bound and presented attractively in cellophane. A book of personal experiences along South African and other romantic waterfronts, odd characters encountered by the author and the strange tales they told. JV.K. Book Condition: Very Good. Binding: Hardcover. Jacket: Very Good
