RUSH, Benjamin. MEDICAL INQUIRIES IN OBSERVATIONS. In four volumes. The third edition, revised and enlarged by the author. Philadelphia: Published by Hopkins and Earle, Mathew Carey [et al.], 1809. Four octavo volumes. Contemporary bindings of full calf, with green morocco label and gilt number to spines, all edges speckled black. Text leaves show light to moderate toning. The initial leaves of Vol. 4 have a small patch of dampstaining at the inner margin of the bottom edge. The bindings are edgeworn and moderately rubbed, soiled and stained all over.
