An attractive map of the coastline of present-day Tunisia and Libya. It is based on the map of Abraham Ortelius with the same title, which in turn was based on that of Giacomo Gastaldi of the whole of Africa and several ancient texts including Diodorus, Siculus, Plinius, Virgilius, Appianus, Halicarnasseus, Athenaeus and Herodotus.
