Sheet 23 from George and John Cary's extremely rare 'Cary's Improved Map of England & Wales, with a Considerable Portion of Scotland'. Although finally issued complete as an atlas in 1832, it was first issued in parts from 1819. Drawn on a scale of 2 miles to the inch it extends from Swansea and Neath to Tenby on the coast and inland as far as Lampeter and Cardigan. Fordham credits the 'great detail' provided.
