Occasional spotting, mostly on endpapers. Bookplates of Albert Clairouin, and Robert & Gladys Koch, the prominent art historian who focused on the turn-of-the-20th century and his well-known antiques dealer wife. Wrappers beautifully illustrated by Henri Caruchet who also contributed magnificent pictorial and floral border decoration in vivid colors to nearly every page in the Art Nouveau style reminiscent of Alphonse Mucha.
