The preface of the report was submitted by Colonel William W. Quinn, top intelligence officer for the Seventh Army. This 67 page document is a photocopy of the original typewritten report of 1945, which attempts to delineate the history and organization, the composition of internees and their experiences, the function of the different aspects of the camp, and the situation post-liberation, of Dachau concentration camp. Contains numerous black and white photographs throughout, diary entrees, lists detailing who the internees were, and “special case reports” to note the top camp SS members and the crimes they committed.
