Critical pamphlet contemporary to the Nuremberg Trials on their historic significance, with a summary of their content and purpose, and a critique; argues that the atrocities committed in Poland against the Polish population (7 million murdered) has been slighted in their exposure in favor of atrocities committed on the soil of the USSR and its satellites. The author gives numerous examples of specific atrocities committed in Poland which should have been included in the trial proceedings, lambasts the trial for not mentioning the liquidation of the Warsaw Ghetto; ends with the argument that 'totalitarianism' was not utilized as a category in the trial proceedings as this would immediately point to the continuing existence of other totalitarian states, namely, the USSR.
