The work consists of seven heads in three rows, forming an inverted triangle, with Hebrew calligraphy separating the rows. It illustrates verse 3:34 from The Book of Lamentations. The watercolor has been reproduced on the dust jacket of The Six Days of Destruction by Elie Wiesel & Albert H.
