Original broadside printed on cardboard with beige and orange vertical strips. Multicolored illustration tipped in at center, bordered by the cardboard stripes. The illustration includes black lettering printed within multicolored architectural decorations. Illustration is accompanied by a solid green background. Printed on one side. 11 1/4" x 14." Poster is very clean and intact except for light to moderate age toning, a bump in the lower-right corner, and slight edge wear. A Fine copy. A promotional poster for the February 1916 issue of Harper's Magazine. Harper's Magazine was founded in 1850 as a monthly magazine. It was published by Harper & Brothers, who also published Harper's Weekly and Harper's Bazaar. Harper's Magazine is still published to this day as a general-interest magazine that spans a variety of topics such as literature, culture, finance, politics, and the arts.
