A Very Good, almost Near Fine copy. Steve Reeves (1926-2000) was an American bodybuilder and actor. Due to his physique, Reeves was often typecast as the heroic protagonist in "sword-and-sandal" movies. Sword-and-sandal films are also known as peplum (pl. pepla) films, which are a sub-genre of epics often set in Greco-Roman times that were mostly made by Italian studios. Reeves is best-known for playing Hercules in Hercules (1958) and its sequel, Hercules Unchained (1959). He worked almost exclusively in Europe and was once the highest-paid actor there..
