A highly collected and prolific children's books author and master of aviation fiction in Rochester's typical style and format and will be an important and welcome addition to his collectability and to the canon generally. A little-known island which had been in the possession of one family for more than two centuries,is the stronghold of a band of air pirates who prey on shipping in the Pacific. The British Naval Intelligence Department and a German financier are both interested in the location of this island.Thrilling adventures follow before this dangerous band of air pirates are defeated and destroyed.
