William Sherlock (c. 1641 – June 1707) was a Church of England clergyman and religious controversialist. Sherlock was a leader among the brilliant group of London divines including Thomas Tenison, William Clagett, and Simon Patrick who carried on the literary defense of the Church of England against Catholicism from late in the reign of Charles II into that of James II.
