The vellum binding has some discolouration and soiling, there are small splits to the head and tail of the spine. Internally the front and rear hinge have small splits, there is a small bookseller label (Simms & Son, Bath), to the verso of the front endpaper, some spotting, more to prelims. and rear pages, but intermittently throughout.
