Slight wear to the covers, namely, small wrinkles and a small bit of rubbing. A Fine copy. This is a catalog accompanying an exhibition and auction of fine art photographs by prominent artists and photographers. The catalog doubles as an art book with its many photographs and accompanying captions with the title, artist, and specifications. The subjects of the photographs vary greatly. Among the photographs included in this catalog are famous portraits of Jack London, Pablo Picasso, "George Sand," and Alexander Dumas and photographs of scenery, people and culture, and abstract compositions. An alphabetical index of the artists represented in the exhibition and auction is located in the back. The photographers include Ansel Adams, Margaret Bourke-White, Paul Caponigro, Imogen Cunningham, David Hockney, Gertrude Kasebier, Man Ray, Lazlo Moholy-Nagy, Atelier Nadar, Alfred Stieglitz,Paul Strand, and Minor White.
