The Bibliophile Bookbase makes every effort to ensure that the information presented on behalf of its booksellers is accurate. However, due to the number and types of processes, beyond our control, required to post our booksellers' sale items on our database, we offer no warranty regarding the performance of any transactions mediated by the Bibliophile Bookbase system, nor any other warranties, expressed or implied. The user, including but not limited to buyers and sellers utilising the Bibliophile Bookbase system, assumes the entire risk of utilising the information and services supplied by the Bibliophile Bookbase system. All transactions between buyers and sellers arising directly or indirectly from information made available on the Bibliophile Bookbase system are the responsibility of the buyers and sellers, and are not the responsibility of Bibliophile Bookbase, ammonet or their owners or employees.

Buyers using this exchange agree to hold the bookseller responsible for any refunds, warranties, guarantees, or other claims regarding products or services ordered or provided. Bibliophile Bookbase does not investigate registered booksellers and does not make any guarantee, warranty or assume responsibility for such party.

Vendors offering books and other items for sale on the Bibliophile Bookbase system agree to supply accurate information and to keep the said information current. If, in the sole opinion of the management of the Bibliophile Bookbase, a vendor engages in practices which violate accepted standards in the new, old, used and rare book and publishing trades, this bookseller's subscription to the Bibliophile Bookbase system may be terminated immediately and without any refund of any residual subscription credit.
